The local kids with disabilities group will be speaking on Wednesday night about the car donation tax deduction program. The group has an important focus on helping kids that suffer from autism. My cousin has autism and I know firsthand what it’s like for the family as well as the victim of this disease. Many children with autism have a very difficult time in school due to the fact that they can be made fun of and bullied by other students.
My cousin’s mom wrote a book on autism to help educate the public about the situation.
